Daniel E. Kleiner has earned a reputation for representing clients with compassion and empathy. He is a hands-on attorney who involves himself in every aspect of his clients' cases. Mr. Kleiner's presparation and attention to detail has resulted in significant verdicts and settlements for the firm.
Mr. Kleiner concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, work site accidents, premises liablity - products liability, professional liability and institutional assault. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Muhlenberg College in 1982 and his Law Degree from Loyola University in 1985. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. In addition, Mr. Kleiner tries select cases in New Jersey.
Mr. Kleiner is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He has extensive trial experience in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties, including Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Monroe and Northampton. He serves as arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Arbitration Program.
